1. Overview & Acceptance

Welcome to the website of Michael Roffi (michaelroffi.com). By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or communicating with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this site or our services.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

• Clientele Status: Michael Roffi currently serves established clientele only. We are not accepting new client appointments at this time.
• Online Booking: All appointment reservations must be scheduled online through our authorized booking portal hosted by SalonTarget (roffi.salontarget.com).
• Appointment Times: Service durations (Precision Haircut 1 hr, Ouidad Curly Cut 1.5 hr, Dry Cut 2 hr, Razor Cut 1 hr) are estimates designed to ensure dedicated, personalized attention.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ advance notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments prevent other clients from receiving care and may be subject to a fee prior to rebooking.

4. Forms of Payment (FOP)

Payment is due at the conclusion of your service. Accepted forms of payment include:

• Cash
• Personal Check
• Venmo
• Zelle

Please note: Credit cards and debit cards are not accepted.

5. Text & SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and booking through our platform or contacting us, you consent to receive text messages for appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related communication from 855.330.8088.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• You may text STOP at any time to opt out, or text HELP for assistance.
• Please do not call the salon desk; all communication is handled via text.
